The starting point of eliminating negative emotions is for you to take full control over your thoughts and actions, and to discipline
yourself not to express negative emotions when they arise, as they surely will.You may not be able to stop the initial negative reaction to a disappointment or a frustrated expectation, but you can refuse to express it, either to yourself or to another. You can cancel it instantly by saying, “I am responsible!”
